1. Purpose

The Seconde Vie programme allows customers to return a 100 ml bottle of Maison Godet perfume in order to receive, subject to compliance with these terms and conditions, a 15 per cent discount on the purchase of a new 100 ml bottle of the same fragrance.

 

2. Organiser

The programme is organised by Parfums Godet, SAS, whose registered office is situated at 98 rue Grande, 06570 Saint-Paul de Vence, registered under number 828 078 329 R.C.S. Antibes / 828 078 329, hereinafter ‘Maison Godet’.

3. Eligibility criteria

The programme is open to adults residing in France, Switzerland or a country of the European Union.
Eligible items are 100 ml Maison Godet perfume bottles, returned empty, sealed and packaged in accordance with the instructions provided by Maison Godet.
Bottles from other brands or in other sizes, bottles still containing liquid, and bottles damaged to the extent that they cannot be identified are not eligible.
The bottle may be handed in in person at the Maison Godet boutique in Saint-Paul-de-Vence or returned by post, in accordance with the returns procedure provided by Maison Godet. Returns by post are accepted only from France, Switzerland and European Union countries, subject to any restrictions applicable in the country of dispatch and the terms and conditions of the carrier chosen by the customer.

 

4. Terms and conditions of participation

To take part in the programme, customers must return their eligible bottle to the Maison Godet boutique in Saint-Paul-de-Vence or request details of the postal return procedure by emailing maison@parfumsgodet.com or via the ‘Seconde Vie’ page.
Where postal returns are available from the relevant country, Maison Godet will provide the customer with the return address and the packaging instructions to be followed.
The customer is responsible for complying with the terms and conditions of the carrier they choose, as well as any formalities applicable to their consignment.
Upon receipt, Maison Godet checks the bottle’s eligibility. If the bottle meets the requirements, the customer will receive a personal promotional code entitling them to the discount set out in Article 5.
In the event of an ineligible bottle, a return that does not comply with the instructions, a damaged parcel or a return that cannot be accepted, Maison Godet may refuse to issue the promotional code. The bottle may only be returned to the customer with Maison Godet’s prior consent and at the customer’s expense.
Upon receipt and validation by Maison Godet, the bottle becomes the property of Maison Godet and cannot be returned to the customer. It is sent for processing via the channel selected by Maison Godet.

 

5. Discount granted

The promotional code entitles you to a 15 per cent discount on the retail price of a new Maison Godet fragrance in a 100 ml bottle, identical to the fragrance in the bottle you have brought in.
The code:
is personal and non-transferable;
is valid for three months from the date of issue;
may be used only once;
is valid for a purchase made in a Maison Godet shop or on the website www.parfumsgodet.com, subject to the product in question being available;
cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded or converted into a credit note;
cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount, promotional code, special offer or sale price, unless expressly stated by Maison Godet.
The list price and the price after the discount are displayed at the time of purchase, in accordance with the applicable regulations.

 

6. Programme restrictions

Maison Godet reserves the right to refuse to issue a code if a bottle does not comply with these terms and conditions, or in the event of fraud, attempted fraud or misuse of the programme. The Seconde Vie programme is established for an indefinite period from 4 August 2026.
Maison Godet reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate the programme at any time, in particular for logistical, technical, regulatory or environmental reasons. Any substantial change to or termination of the programme will be announced by appropriate means. Promotional codes already issued prior to the programme’s termination remain valid until their expiry date, except in the event of fraud, misuse or legal impediment. Maison Godet may amend, suspend or terminate the programme where necessary, subject to informing customers by any appropriate means. Codes already issued remain valid until their expiry date, except in cases of fraud or where prohibited by law.

 

7. Personal data

Any personal data collected as part of the programme, in particular for the purpose of sending the promotional code, is processed by Maison Godet for the purposes of managing the programme and sending the code.

8. Governing law and disputes

These terms and conditions are governed by French law, subject to any mandatory provisions applicable in the consumer’s country of residence within the European Union.
In the event of any difficulties, the customer is invited to contact Maison Godet at maison@parfumsgodet.com. The consumer dispute resolution procedures applicable to purchases made from Maison Godet are set out in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
