The night is the land of ambiguity, where we can slip into the skin of another person. Divin Mensonge is a potion that plays the game. Ylang ylang combines with jasmine absolute in a smooth and silky creaminess. The mixture is then enhanced with patchouli and spiked with sprinkles of agarwood. The trail of these multiple fragrances dismantles our facades, and we don’t mind loosing control when the scents cut straight through to the sensuality of our beings.

The first impression of Divin Mensonge: I don’t want to find out what notes this fragrance of carefree happiness is made of, I just want to wear it without thinking about anything, because these spirits instantly take me to the sunny gardens of the south. The second impression: this is my perfect jasmine, retaining its magic, but cleansed of the animal component of its smell.
This perfume is just a perfection to me. In the moment of wearing this, you would feel like you are surrounded by all the white flowers beautifully blooming in the gorgeous garden and the magical feeling is an absolute heaven.
And it is clearly different and distinctive scent when you compared to the perfumes from the international luxury brands.
In my case, they can be too strong to wear depending on the situation, however, although Divin Mensonge (I think most of the perfumes from Maison Godet, too) is definitely out standing scent, yet at the same time, it is very natural and comfortable and somehow make people wonder “What is this nice smell…?” kind of scent.
I even recommended to my mother and my aunt, and they both fell in love with the creations from Maison Godet and they wear the other perfumes from here.
I recently ordered my second bottle, and I am sure that I would wear this for a very very long time of my life.
