Second-life program terms

1. Purpose

The Second Life program allows customers to return a 100 ml Maison Godet perfume bottle to receive a 15% discount on the purchase of a new 100 ml bottle of the same perfume, subject to compliance with these terms and conditions.

 

2. Organizer

The program is organized by Parfums Godet, SAS, whose registered office is located at 98 rue Grande, 06570 Saint-Paul de Vence, registered under number 828 078 329 R.C.S. Antibes / 828 078 329, hereinafter referred to as “Maison Godet”.

3. Eligibility requirements

The program is open to adults residing in France or a country of the European Union.
Eligible items are 100 ml Maison Godet perfume bottles returned empty, closed and packaged in accordance with the instructions provided by Maison Godet.
Bottles from another brand or in another size, bottles still containing liquid product, and bottles damaged in a way that prevents them from being identified are not eligible.
The bottle may be returned in person to the Maison Godet boutique in Saint-Paul-de-Vence or by post, in accordance with the return procedure provided by Maison Godet. Postal returns are accepted only from France and countries of the European Union, subject to any restrictions applicable in the country of dispatch and the terms and conditions of the carrier chosen by the customer.

 

4. How to participate

To participate in the program, the customer returns their eligible bottle to the Maison Godet boutique in Saint-Paul-de-Vence or requests the postal return procedure by emailing maison@parfumsgodet.com or via the Second Life page.
When postal returns are available from the relevant country, Maison Godet will provide the customer with the shipping address and packaging instructions to follow.
The customer may choose any carrier and is responsible for all return shipping costs. Maison Godet will not reimburse any costs incurred to return the bottle unless it has expressly agreed to do so in advance.
The customer must carefully package the bottle in accordance with the instructions received and ensure that it is empty and properly closed before shipping. The customer is responsible for complying with the acceptance requirements of their chosen carrier, as well as any formalities applicable to their shipment.
Upon receipt, Maison Godet will check whether the bottle is eligible. If it meets the requirements, the customer will receive a personal promotional code entitling them to the discount described in Section 5.
If the bottle is ineligible, the return does not comply with the instructions, the parcel is damaged or the return cannot be accepted, Maison Godet may refuse to issue the promotional code. The bottle may be returned to the customer only with Maison Godet’s prior agreement and at the customer’s expense.
Once received and approved by Maison Godet, the bottle becomes the property of Maison Godet and cannot be returned to the customer. It will be directed to the treatment stream selected by Maison Godet.

 

5. Discount offered

The promotional code entitles the customer to a 15% discount on the retail price of a new 100 ml Maison Godet perfume identical to the perfume shown on the returned bottle.

The code:

• is personal and non-transferable;
• is valid for three months from its date of issue;
• may be used once only;
• is valid for purchases made at a Maison Godet boutique or on www.parfumsgodet.com,
• subject to availability of the product concerned;
• cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded or converted into store credit;
• cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount, promotional code, commercial offer or sale price, unless expressly stated otherwise by Maison Godet.
• The reference price and the price after discount are displayed at the time of purchase, in accordance with applicable regulations.

 

6. Program limitations

Maison Godet reserves the right to refuse to issue a code if a bottle does not comply with these terms and conditions, or in the event of fraud, attempted fraud or misuse of the program.
The Second Life program is established for an indefinite period beginning on 04/08/2026.
Maison Godet reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate the program at any time, particularly for logistical, technical, regulatory or environmental reasons. Any material change or termination of the program will be announced by an appropriate means.
Promotional codes issued before the end of the program remain valid until their expiry date, except in cases of fraud, misuse or legal impossibility.Maison Godet may amend, suspend or terminate the program as necessary, provided that customers are informed by an appropriate means. Codes already issued remain valid until their expiry date, except in cases of fraud or legal impossibility.

 

7. Personal data

Any personal data collected in connection with the program, particularly for the purpose of sending the promotional code, is processed by Maison Godet to administer the program and send the code.

8. Governing law and disputes

These terms and conditions are governed by French law, subject to the mandatory provisions applicable in the consumer’s country of residence within the European Union.
